Midland Classical Match Tomorrow
Hey Players!
Our 7th and 8th graders will have a dual match with the Midland Classical Junior High Tennis Team tomorrow, March 26th at the Bush Tennis Center. The dual will start at 5:00 and run no later that 7:00. You will get the opportunity to get match experience on this day. We hope to have players participate in singles and doubles. Parents are encouraged to come spectate.
All players need to wear their St. Ann's Athletic Shirts for this match with their practice bottoms. 6th graders are more than welcome and encouraged to come cheer on their teammates and spectate, but are not required to do so. Practice will be as scheduled for Tuesday, March 27th. Thanks everyone!

Spirit Shirts for Sale!
Hello Families!
St. Ann's Tennis Spirit Shirts are for sale. Your player has already purchased their official team uniform through their fee. These shirts are not mandatory, rather an option for any player or family member to purchase if they would like to show school spirit for our tennis team. T-Shirts will be for sale until April 3rd. An order form will been sent home with your child for those interested. Please simply detach the bottom portion and return to school before the deadline. Thank you for your support of our Middle School Tennis Team.
Updated Match Schedule
Hello All!
An updated match schedule is posted in the "Matches" section. There are two added tournaments April 21st and April 28th. The Midland tournament falls on the same weekend as the elementary track meet. If your child is participating we wish them the best of luck and hope to see them at the tournament the following weekend. I just ask that you please let me know if you are completing in the track meet so that I do not submit you in the tournament draw to the hosts. The next weekend is the Odessa Tournament. If you are unable to participate for any reason on this date, please let me know as soon as possible so I do not submit you into the draw for the hosts. Both tournaments will have at least 2 or more sites to accommodate the large size of the draws. For this reason, it is important that if you are planning on playing, a parent or guardian can be there at your given tournament site. I will circulate around to all tournament sites throughout the day, however I can only be at one place at a time and for your child's safety it is imperative that a guardian is there to supervise in the event I or another coach are not at your particular tournament site. This also helps with the elimination process of the tournaments. If your child finishes either by elimination or through completion of their draw, this will allow you to take your child home after contacting me. More information from the tournament directors will be dispersed as the date gets closer, including the site your child will be playing at. This is also why it is imperative that I know who is able to attend so that the sites can be set up appropriately and draws are accurate. I ask that you please let me know of your child's participation for both tournaments by the April 5th practice. I will send out a reminder email and text on that date to confirm so I can send in an accurate roster to the hosts. Thank you so much for your participation in the tennis program! I am so excited to watch our players compete! Have a great evening.

Track Team Members have a Meet in Rankin on Thursday, so I am aware that you will not be at practice on the 22nd to compete. Good luck to you all! I know you'll do great and we'll see our Track Team Members on our Monday Match with Midland Classical or our Tuesday Practice. All other members of the Tennis Team will have practice as scheduled. Since this match was originally not solidified on the match schedule as to the time, date, and grade level, I understand if you are unable to play, but please do let me know no later than the March 22nd practice so we can plan accordingly.
As a reminder to 7th and 8th Graders, you must be academically eligible to play, so please make sure you are keeping up with all work. Practice Begins Tomorrow!
Hello Parents and Players!
We're looking forward to a great program this spring! We have a huge group of 40 awesome players signed up and several knowledgeable and skilled coaches. Looking forward to see you all on Tuesday! We will meet at the front of the Bush Tennis Center Facility at 4:00 p.m. We will walk to our designated courts and begin warm-up routines and practice. We will finish and be at the front of the facility promptly at 5:30 p.m. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't ever hesitate to contact me. Also, as a reminder if your child ever can not attend practice, please let me know beforehand.
